    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of A2P Fast Pass ("we", "our", "us") and the services available at a2pfastpass.com. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

    1. Service Description

    A2P Fast Pass provides AI-generated A2P 10DLC compliance documents and hosted opt-in landing pages for GoHighLevel agencies. Our service generates campaign descriptions, sample messages, opt-in flow text, and compliance websites to help you submit A2P registrations to mobile carriers.

    2. Account Registration

    You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

    3. Pricing and Payments

    • Single Campaign: $79 one-time payment for one compliance package.
    • Unlimited Plan: $99/month for unlimited compliance packages, approval guarantee, and priority support.

    Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Single Campaign purchases are non-refundable since compliance assets are generated immediately. The Unlimited plan can be cancelled at any time from your Account page — you retain access through the end of your billing period.

    4. Approval Guarantee

    The approval guarantee is available exclusively to Unlimited plan subscribers. If your A2P campaign registration is rejected, we will work with you to revise and resubmit the compliance documents until your registration is approved, at no additional cost.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You may not use our service to generate compliance documents for fraudulent businesses, illegal activities, or any purpose that violates carrier policies or applicable laws.

    6. Intellectual Property

    Compliance documents generated for your clients are yours to use. The A2P Fast Pass platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    A2P Fast Pass provides compliance document generation as a tool to assist with A2P registration. We do not guarantee approval by any specific carrier. Our approval guarantee (Unlimited plan) covers resubmission assistance, not a guarantee of any particular outcome from carriers.

    8. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
